was excited to complete this transaction. It was for a young couple not
content with a starter home. It took some work but, I was able to get
their offer accepted and finalized in the Inverness Forest Subdivision. All while dealing with an overzealous appraiser who was demanding necessary repairs.
Not only was I able to save them over $11,000.00, but the house was valued over the purchase price.
