Kingwood The Livable Forest
Kingwood, Texas is amazing. It is a 14,000 acre master plan community
in northeast Houston, most of which lies in Harris County with a small
portion in Montgomery County. After turning off of 59N into Kingwood
Blvd leaving the hustle and bustle of Houston behind, you immediately
feel a sense of tranquility driving into the livable forest. Kingwood
boasts a high degree of educated individuals who have at least attained a
Bachelor's Degree, and nearly the entire population is more likely than
other areas to attend college after high school.
This must be the reason Kingwood has has an amazingly low crime rate and was voted #1 in the "Safest Places to Live in the Houston Area" category on Niche,
making it an ideal location to raise a family. There are over 500 acres
of parks and nature preserves throughout the neighborhood with over 75
miles of trails and greenbelts. The smaller neighborhoods within the
suburb are called "villages," and all 25 offer their own, unique living
experience.
